The more I reflect on the whole National Daughter and Son day thing, the more gratitude wells up in me.

Amy and I set out to raise two quality adults.

I think we accomplished that mission.

But along the way, we have also realized they have become our best friends too. When the four of us are together it’s the absolute best of times. The laughter and conversations are second to none.

I am so grateful for all that God has done through this wild adventure of parenting these amazing people.

We had the absolute best day in #Detroit! I’m grateful to be able to do life with Amy. The Tigers winning was the cherry on top. Dime Store for breakfast, Tigers game, and then Buddy’s Pizza for dinner.
