This past week I’ve done the “crazy weather/man cold” thing. Yet, I didn’t miss a lift. A couple of years ago, there’s no way that would have been true.
Yes, I’ve lost weight.
But, I’m no longer the same person. I am a person who exercises even when I don’t want to exercise. It’s what I do now.
This NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament has been really entertaining to this point. It is one of my favorite sports weekends of the year. 🏀
