Another day of hitting my macro goals.
I have figured out a fiber hack: Aunt Millie’s 5 Seed Low Carb bread. It has 35 calories and 9g of fiber per slice.
Forgot to get a pic of lunch (it was tuna and not very pretty 😂).
Cardio day was walking 18 holes (5.8 miles and 1000 ft of elevation). #195by50



Oh my, I just set up micro blog as a web app on my phone and it’s so slick. 10/10 recommend.
When you walk and play 18 holes of golf, you get a nice bit of exercise. Ditch the golf cart fam (unless you’re physically unable to play without it)! #195by50
